Position Available: Technical Support

Job Requirements: We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual with a pleasant phone personality in our technical support department. Applicant must have experience in configuring dialup connections for Win 3.x, Win 95/98/NT/2000, and Macintosh operating systems. This includes Dial-Up Networking, RAS, and Mac TCP. Must also be familiar with basic internet tools such as Email, WWW, FTP, Usenet, Telnet, and Gopher. HTML, Unix and previous experience a plus.
